Healthcare plan is very reasonable and wellness initiatives help lower cost of premiums.
Best is the tuition reimbursement and worst is health
Tuition Reimbursement is great. I'm not sure about other components of the benefits package.
Best: Health insurance, plus vision and dental. Very Best: Flexible spending account (reimburses you for every medical expense) Vacation is on a seniority basis, and usually approved on a first come, first served basis.
It's fairly affordable, wish it wasn't so much more costly for part-timers than full timers
Expensive, considering that is the hospitals own created insurance.

Paid time off was better than most organizations. Missed not having 100% paid short term disability.
