“Coverage is better than most insurances, allow physicians to make the decisions rather than the insurance company”

Excellent healthcare package, low copays and deductibles comparatively speaking, includes vision dental mental health and prescription plan, credit card to pay deductibles through FSA

Good coverage as long as you saw Reading Health System physicians and offices. Pay is competitive for geographic area.

Pension just frozen - replaced with 401k that has a lousy 2% match. Guess that is to pay for all the plan fees? Should have unionized to save the pension.

Healthcare plan is very reasonable and wellness initiatives help lower cost of premiums.

Tuition Reimbursement is great. I'm not sure about other components of the benefits package.

Best: Health insurance, plus vision and dental. Very Best: Flexible spending account (reimburses you for every medical expense) Vacation is on a seniority basis, and usually approved on a first come, first served basis.

It's fairly affordable, wish it wasn't so much more costly for part-timers than full timers
