“It’s nearly 300 a check ”
“They lump PTO with Sick.”
“You get what you put in. They do not match.”
Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, Long/Short Term Disability, Vacation and 401K are standard and the premiums are reasonable for the Denver Market. Company Perks include small bonuses based on great comments from the Associations we work for and can be paid at any time-nice surprises! Ball Game tickets and outings for Team and family are very nice.
Part time does not receive benefits
There is a 401k thing but no one ever talks about it or explains it. The healthcare is very expensive and the PTO is the worst ever.
Benefits are not good and they require you to put only your money into a pension plan. No matching
A very technology base company.
PTO is capped at 15 days per year, regardless of years of service. Company does not contribute to 401K. However, company does contribute a nominal fee toward health care benefits.
The benefits are so expensive if you want to cover your family.
Company does offer healthcare coverage and 401K.
The best thing about the benefits package is that it is negotiable. Ask for a full three weeks of PTO. They will give it to you. Health was UHC and it was pretty robust considering the diluted pay.
401(k) is managed entirely online, very easy to use and understand. I've never had a 401(k) and I grasped it immediately. PTO and health insurance doesn't kick in until 90 days at the job which is disappointing, but that could be standard for a corporate position like this.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
