“The health insurance programs have changed several times in recent years, and I don't think I had the best information about selecting the right...”
Paid Time Off is a great benefit plus the health care coverage is good as well. There are other benefits as well that are pretty good.
Generous yearly paid time off which does not roll over to the next year.
Good benefits, matching 401k, matching donations
For the last few years, I was able to take time off or work from home whenever I needed/wanted, often without much forewarning (convenient as a parent.) The 401k matching program got me to build up some retirement savings (though not enough). The charitable gift matching was great, I regret not taking advantage of it more. The charitable giving of the company itself was appreciated. There's no longer a real training/education benefit that I was aware of.
Very good health , dental and eye insurance.
best - health insurance options are good worst - 401k, paternity leave
The best thing about RealNetworks benefits is that everyone starts with 4 weeks PTO, plus one week paid mandatory leave.
Good choices of healthcare plans Good 401k Decent amount of paid time off If you are a European worker you get comp time
Choices between HMO and PPO health benefits, great benefits administrator, great time off program, could be a little more aggressive on 401k match.
The company always looked at improving benefits and adding perks.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
