Terrible health insurance. Really expensive, and extremely high deductible that I have only ever met 1 time when my wife and I had a child. I may as well not have health insurance at all.

They try and save money by shrinking to cheaper plans. Not good for family coverage. Dont stay here if you have a family. The dollar is the bottom line.

Expensive medical plan that makes you go for HSA and with high deductible plan you hardly visit Dr. offices

Pushing everyone to a 3k deductible plan. You pay the first 3k and then everything is paid at 100%. So basically, everything is out of pocket.
