Company has great benefits package.
Benefits are about the same as any other company.
I'd say it's competitive for a big company. I like that you can get a discount of $50 a month on your insurance if you do a wellness test every year to show you aren't a health risk. Insurance is expensive regardless where you go so that discount definitely helps! they have 401k matching which is nice, but its pretty low match. like 35% of the 6% you contributed lol. Vacation time seems standard. i've reached my 5 years so i got an additional week. If you have a good boss that allows you to work form home when things come up it really creates a great work/life balance so you can actually use your PTO on planned vacations rather than on something like a routine doctors appt.
