Vacation time increases at 5 years but not again until 15 years
Very comprehensive benefits with access to my prior doctors. No issues with the open enrollment. Received a flex spending card within five weeks.
health benefits are practically non-existent, a complete downgrade after On-Site was acquired by RealPage. No growth opportunities.
Insurance is a joke. Ridiculously high deductible HSA plan that forces employees to use their own money to see a doctor.
Benefits are not great. Health Insurances is absolutely terrible. Family plan is nothing but an HSA you pay over $300 a month for, with an $8,000 deductible.
The Benefits are a joke
They at least offer insurance but the deductible is very high (3k) for single. They don’t have any other options.
The coverage sank after the 1st year and you had t pay more so if you had a birth in the family it cost more.
401K plan has hidden costs and limited investment options. Good health insurance.
Realpage does not pay out your PTO. Make sure to use them up before you hand in your notice.
