RealPage offers their employees a good insurance package and an optional 401K. They also offer a good amount of time off after you've worked a certain amount of time. The only negative thing is that it can be difficult to get time off at the last minute if you have an emergency come up, but the company is typically pretty understanding overall.
Seems like they are making an effort to be more competitive but may take some time and new leadership
No 401K matching - they match whatever they feel is reasonable
The health insurance is a high deductible even with contributing. Dental is good. 401K is acceptable. Vacation and other time off is acceptable.
Standard Corp benefits package. Heath plans is average.
High deductible at a high cost.
New hires receive $6,000 deductible plan.
6k Deductible other than that they seemed okay.
Average for the area but no frills.
Cost of benefits are low but for a family the deductible is very high. You have to meet deductible before the plan even pays.
