    10 days off per year with floating holidays, no annual rollover or compensation for unused days.

    Your vacation is given to you upfront at the beginning of the year. You get holidays off as well, with something they call "Flex Holidays". You can use those any time you want.

    Vacation time and sick time, not PTO. They should make all PTO so we can use it when we need it. Good amount of holidays.
