We take care of our employees' happiness and health with competitive compensation, generous PTO, full health care, company contributions to your 401K, and stock options.
Comprehensive and are revamped based on employee input.
I did not receive any pay, I was an intern through YearUp. The place was okay, management was okay and it was cool.
Health Insurance is covered at 100% for employees, and its not a lot more to add a spouse.
If you have a spouse on your medical plan, it's a tad bit more expensive than I've had at other companies. But so far I have no complaints with the actual plan. The rest of the benefits (food, gym, grant for personal development, PTO, maternity/paternity leave, etc) are amazing.
Great benefits -lots of PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision insurance covered at 100%
Company helps pay for your gym, pre-tax parking benefits, good HSA benefits, matching 401k up to a certain %, all really good.
The benefits package pretty much includes everything like 401k, good time off etc. Overall, pretty nice place to work benefits wise.
Tons of great perks! Snacks/drinks in the office, cold brew on tap, flexible work schedule, generous (22 days) PTO, and beautiful work space located right in Pioneer Square. The actual benefit package (medical, dental, vision) feels pretty standard, but it's awesome that there are no monthly premiums for employees. RealSelf contributes 3% towards your 401k and offers a great financial advisor to help if you have more questions on how to invest.
Best: Flexible options between PPO and HSA. Generous HSA contribution by company when you participate Worst: HSA has high deductible but it's worth it for the lower cost and HSA contribution from the company
Generous time off, working from home whenever is convenient. The bus pass is mostly paid for, and there is also a free gym membership
