    Realty Income definitely takes care of their employees, annual reviews are daunting, especially for employees that have been there for a long time, however, it is a time for self reflection and learning how you can do better and improve for the next year. And if you do your job, and continue to grow with the company, it is noticed by management and you will be generously compensated.
