There's no wellness allowance offered
The company benefits are great. Good starting PTO + 1 week company shutdown at end of year. Instituted 1 day company-wide quarterly recharge day during COVID and continuing to this day. The health, dental and vision employee costs and coverage benefits are some of the best.
Excellent benefits including health, employee stock purchase option
Fairly comprehensive, average price, but Cigna is a PITA.
