“good benefits and great choices”
“3% match on 6% contribution”
“great vacations and paternity leave”
Great benefits package, so far I like it!
Paternity Leave is the best benefit they have.
Great medical, dental and vision. They have also have a supplemental Hospital insurance that kicks in outside of medical when you are in the hopsital.
Excellent health benefits and culture.
Vacation, 401k, WFH expenses, parental leave
Health insurance is just ok, on par with other tech companies. Good vacation benefits, plus quarterly "recharge days" since the beginning of the pandemic (unclear if they will continue post-Covid).
401 k match is low, equity grants have dried up for most.
The PTO is great! With holidays and times when the whole company gets the day off, you get around a month of time off.
Best - Awesome place to work... Bad: Quarterly bonus in hand of super boss
Great perks , cool environment
