Hourly employees that average 30 hours or more are eligible for health insurance. Salaried employees-Management and Directors- have no minimum hour requirement in order to qualify.
it is nice to have becuese you never know when you might get hurt on the job

Health Insurance is very expensive and it does not help it get deducted from your pay check.
Way over priced and raises do not cover even the new year prices.
Cant say too much, insurance with my husbands company is cheaper and better so I dont use theirs
It has raised by 10x in 11 years per week to well over $200 a week for anything not catastrophic.

For them not to take a huge premium out of your paycheck (basically the whole thing), you need to work an impossible amount of hours even for a "full time" server since no red lobster actually wants a server to work the 40 hours a week required. It's terrible.
