Hourly employees that average 30 hours or more are eligible for health insurance. Salaried employees-Management and Directors- have no minimum hour requirement in order to qualify.

Large company has great options available. Corporate support personnel are very knowedgable and quick to respond to questions.

I haven't had to use the health insurance , so I'm not sure what the coverage is. I have heard it is not great by my coworkers.

The health insurance covers basic benefits but doesn't cover as much of your hospital bills as you need to make it affordable
it is nice to have becuese you never know when you might get hurt on the job
