I didn't get one at the time because I was a server. It was hard to get time off.

The 401K package is awesome, they will match up to 6%! The health insurance is not very good, you pay a lot of money and don't get good insurance no matter what kind of package you choose.

Got in tto management for benefits, bonus and time off. Capped at 4 weeks now, bonus went from 10-12k a year to 1k and well my healthcare is 10x more a week than when I started managing 11 years ago.

Star Star Star Star Star Current Hostess in Bloomington, Indiana

Health benefits are extremely expensive and the employer doesn't help pay for any of them. If you need to make any changes its very difficult to do so.

They do not offer health insurance that will cover what you need, no dental or eye insurance. The benefits were not fully explained and hard to understand.

Not very many, if any any benefits offered to part time workers. They pay pretty good and are flexible with the schedule.
