Unfortunately over the years Red Lobster's benefits aren't what they used to be. There is a 401k (profit sharing) program that used to be matched 100% up to 6% of your pay. Health insurance is pretty good, although even that has changed. No more Holiday pay, and vacation pay is only eligible for hourly employees that achieve a certain number of hours worked.
RL provide benefits such as health insurance, 401K and PTO.
They have the best food
No PTO for part timers
Employee discounts on food, decent for a part time job
I like how it has maternity leave, paternity leave and military leave.
As a part time employee you are eligible for optical, dental, and life insurance. Also have access to long and short term disability insurance, group legal insurance and supplemental health insurance. You may also contribute to 401 plan.
Up to 5 weeks vacation after 15 years and 8 flex days annually.
The company has a health insurance package and a 401k package available for full time workers. Both are reasonably priced and are easily accessible for employees and easy to apply to. Because it’s company offered like most packages, the fee is taken straight from your paycheck with no bill.
Management doesn't care about you, you're just a warm body caring for guests until you burn out and quit. They expect you back less than a month after you have a baby; no private area provided to pump in or support towards breastfeeding either.
