Sign-on bonus if you complete the first ninety days of training. You can't get full benefits until 3 months in. Also, if you fail to sign up on time they won't let you try again for a year.
All types of insurances are included, but not the best.
They provide medical, health, vision insurance. Cost seems a little pricey and we seemed to wait until the very end of the year to enroll.
Solid health coverage, along with vision, dental, and 401k options. HR was easy to reach and quick to make any changes necessary, should you decide to add or remove any given benefit from your package.

If you aren't management, you don't start building vacation time until after you have been employed for a year. Most companies let your earn the time during your first year, and spend it during your second.
