“Best thing is Maternity & Paternity leave both include birth of a child and adoption. Red Storm is very supportive of growing families. I've never seen negative professional consequences for choosing motherhood/fatherhood (unlike at other game companies I've worked for.)”
Standard 401k and health insurance offered, incredibly generous PTO and vacation time for all staff.
The health insurance plan is excellent for large families. Maternity leave is 12 weeks paid, Paternity leave is 6 weeks paid (both include adoption). 401K is 75% match up to $X per pay period. Flexible hours, great work-life balance! Studio is closed between Christmas & New Years (free vacation days).
Overall amazing perks including perhaps the best "work-life balance" in the industry.

good healthcare, good flex time policy, 401k matching is nice, but not as robust as some other companies. Lots of fun perks for families like a halloween party, a carnival in the summer. Can buy games at a discount.
Great health insurance coverage, dental, vision -the whole package. HR and the company really tries to focus on providing the best possible options to its employees and will even take a bullet to maintain those benefits for us. Amazing Paternity/Maternity leave options and insurance.

The health benefits package offered by Red Storm is fantastic, especially if you have kids. Medical, Dental, Visual are all outstanding. Maternity & Paternity leave are offered for six weeks with a natural birth, eight weeks with a C-section. From the start you have three weeks vacation and two weeks of sick days. Employee discount on games and occasionally on game swag like shirts, posters, etc. There's also beer and snacks on Thursdays and free dinner and snacks during crunch.
