Same with 401k. they'll take care of you.
With their turn-style mentality, did not really invest in the retirement plan. I was injured and tried to get on short term disability. Human resources, and the decision makers did not seem to understand my doctors notes, even though they stated that my injury was definitely the type to warrant use of short-term disability funds. Human resources also got the dates wrong, when I was trying utilize FMLA due to injury causing me to be out more than allowed by Red Ventures point systems, and PTO policies in place. So even with doctors paperwork filed for FMLA, it couldn't be granted.... so I quit my job, and they reassured me that I left in good standing with the company and could come back when able to do so in the future. They really could have handled this situation better in my opinion, but what can you do (really)?
If you can last more than a year I could see it being decent
You will never make it to retirement here
