Not a lot of PTO days and no weekends off make it difficult to take vacation days without someone getting unreasonably angry.
Not much PTO unless you are a top agent. Unpaid time and sick time is very minimal as well.
Vacation isn't tracked. 2 week minimum and any further vacation just needs approval from manager.
120 hours to start off, they gradually increase every year based on your title. Must be full time and must be approved
No sick time. Just pto. Had to be approved. If you have kids forget about this job.
Standard. Like any other company
Terrible system - point system like you are naughty children
There wasn’t enough paid time off or vacation
You start with 80 the first year, then go to 120 after first.
They just have certain spaces for day and sometimes is hard to get days more on the summer time.
