its not tracked so you can go over a little without anybody giving you a hard time.
Every second of your time is accounted for unless you are in management, in which case, arrogant managers waltz in hours late and waltz out hours early. If you are 5 minutes late, they take 5 minutes off your PTO. If you are sick and you have a PA (Personal Allowance) they also take your PTO. Clocking in a second late results in 1.25 points and if you accrue enough points they take your PTO. There is very little flexibility. If you are sleeping with someone important you are golden, if not, better never get sick or be late.
PTO was hard to get for agents. but the PM's & WFM seem to be on high-horses because they would buck the system ALL of the time. funny, because if ANY of them were on such a strict "point-system" the way that agents are, they would be needing to make deals CONSTANTLY! let's just say, it really does pay to be on salary!
Vacation and sick leave were lumped into one pool, which can be frustrating for sick-prone individuals.
Good luck actually getting time off, it's hard enough getting approval for a bathroom break. Workforce is regime that exists to keep warm bodies in the seats and they're ruthless in their pursuit of attaining that. It doesn't matter if you are never late, sick, voluntarily work overtime.
loved the paid time off but hated the time it took to earn
Didn't think that there was enough PTO / Vacation time off available. And paid holidays were only paid extra if you were scheduled to work that particular day. Incentives to get people in on holidays, but not in time and a half...
This part is a complete joke, good luck getting any PTO approved. Also if you use a pa day or points they just take that from your PTO bank as well so that is also a joke
You receive it pretty quickly but it's only 2 weeks to start. You accrue pto when you advance in performance titles
Vacation and PTO is awesome if you can ever get approved to take it. They make you feel bad for taking time off.
