Employer Summary

We offer a full benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision plans through CareFirst, with a choice of two plans including a PPO plan (Preferred Provider Organization). Enrollment in an HSA (Health Savings Account) is also available on certain plans and RedPeg makes quarterly contributions to the HSA Accounts to help pay for things like copays, deductibles and prescriptions.

We also offer company paid Life Insurance, Short and Long Term Disability Insurance, a 401k retirement plan and profit sharing.

I think the perks go beyond what you'd traditionally receive from your employer. You can bring your dog to work. you have fun in-office activities and occasional free lunches. The only thing I wish was included was a 401K matching program. We can enroll in 401K, but there is no match. There is profit sharing that contributes to it, but not on a consistent basis.

Bring your dog to work on Fridays are great. Lots of in- and out-of-office activities and events. And a beer fridge.

There's nothing wrong with their packaging, just trying to staff booked can be a bit of a challenge, but if you work in this industry you already know this.
