The heath care is very inexpensive. $20-$30 total per pay period for general health, vision and dental. General heath insurance used to be 100% included but now it is about $10-$15 per pay period.
Great bonus, 401k match, PTO. Medical coverage can be pricey
The benefits plan was very comprehensive. I really felt like they were trying to accommodate all employees in every walk of life.
Very low premium. With great options

10 Company Holidays plus paid vacation days They have a wellness program - yoga, walking club, Zumba, Wellness Committee, sports teams - men's softball, co-ed soccer, men's basketball Gym, game room, and Cafe on property 401K match up to x% Tuition reimbursement up to $x / year
It's as strong a benefit package as I've had anywhere. We recently switched to a fully-funded high deductible HSA plan. People with laptops (sales, account managers etc.) can work from home if they need to. We don't have a funded gym membership but there is a workout room that I've never used. The company makes a profit sharing 401k contribution that vests over 5 (I think) years.
They offer a benefit package that is typical with most companies this size. They used to do 401K matching, not sure if they still do.
