Current Employee
Flexible hours, maternal and paternal leave, life insurance, retirement matching up to 3% are all great benefits of this growing company. They (currently) don't offer a 401k but do offer retirement investing through a Simple IRA with a 3% match. Though technically no free food is offered, after any video shoots we get a ton of snacks/beverages to much on and there's usually food from somewhere coming in.
