401 k is not matched can use more vacation days however not too bad but there is a cap! Health, dental and vision are great.
Solid benefits, about the same as the industry standard, lots of employee parties and other things to keep people motivated.
The benefits were lackluster at best.
Only the bare minimum legal holidays, very little PTO, capping out at 3 weeks after 5+ years. 401K matching is also minimal. No bonus or raise process in most departments. There are a variety of health insurance options available but most are on the pricey side for a company this size. Wide array of other insurances offered though - life, disability, vision, pet.
What you would expect for most modern companies. Company is private, so no stock or equity offered.
Not that great, could use improvement
Redwood offers very limited PTO (5-15 days) and only recognizes 6 holidays. The 401K match is very minimal and takes years to fully vest.
Insurance, perks, time off all very fair
Health Insurance / dental / 401K / Vacation all are great packages
PTO Max is 15 days. Company matching 401K. Benefit package is just fine
