All good no issues for me
The benefits are competitive with most other large companies in the US. That is to say, I pay plenty out of pocket for them, but they are there.
great benefits and employee contribution rates.
The benefits package is very expensive with high out of pocket costs as well. Dental and Vision are very good but medical is very, very poor.
Aligned well with similarly positioned companies
I was just happy to have medical, dental, optical, and discounted public transit card.
2 weeks paid vacation at the start of employment and grows with time invested. Great healthcare options with dental, vision, hospital visits offering great and affordable plans through the company.
Average benefits. Above average vacation and 401K vesting period. word word word word work work hard to get to a 20 word minimum
When I was there, the benefits package was truly an outstanding offering. My understanding is that the health insurance benefits aren't as good now as they once were, but still, their program was hard to beat.
The pension was great but is no longer available to new employees. 401k matching is above average. Health care was exceptional but slowly becoming less and less as costs are cut.
