Great benefits and pto plan
There is great health care coverage but no 401k matching for Staff Attorneys. While other non attorney staff such as paralegals enjoy 7% or more - staff attorneys get nothing.

The best thing about the package was that they offered all types of medical insurance. The worst was that it was too expensive for family coverage with high deductibles.
