The company gives a stipend toward your medical insurance, it doesn't cover all of the monthly cost but does cover a fair share of it. The company offers options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Employees also have the opportunity to opt into short and long term disability as well as life insurance programs. Employees are eligible for a 401K after 1 year of employment, and the company will match up to a specific percentage of your 401K contribution. We accrue 3 weeks paid vacation per year (sick days are taken out of the PTO that is accrued). The company keeps the kitchen stocked with snacks, coffee, and tea and will cater lunch or breakfast occasionally. The company does not provide tuition assistance, but if your position requires you to get a real estate license, the company reimburses all costs.
