Depending on the department, you may be eligible for a quarterly or yearly bonus based on how your department has done. They also offer a 401k which they will match up to six percent.

Health insurance was expensive considering that the employer was the insurer. The gym in the building was not free, but was nice. Some wellness benefits from Regence.com were nice.

You get pretty decent health insurance and paid holidays off, and weekends free. Also bonuses twice a year for some.

If you choose the HSA plan, you get $1200 free, which practically meets your deductible for the year. 401k match is fantastic.

It's a health insurance company that charges their employees for their insurance.

401K matching great and the discretionary bonus to the 401K

For an insurance company the health benefits were horrible. High deductibles, copays and co-insurance. Low pay, hard to get time off.

Health insurance, 401k, time off, wellness incentives were all fantastic

The package was very fair and consisted of several options to choose from, depending on your personal health status and needs.

The work from home option was the most attractive to me. They offer benefits starting day 1 which is nice, and have a competitive 401k.
