20 days of PTO for the first year of employment, in addition to 10+ paid holidays. Each year of employment adds additional days of PTO. PTO accrues year to year, and PTO sellbacks are offered 2-3 times per year. PTO can be used for vacation or sick days. Salaried employees are rarely (if ever) expected to work more than 40 hours per week, managers are generally very flexible with allowing PTO and extended vacations. An extended illness bank is also accrued separate from PTO.
