Great vacation package. Unfortunately no paid time off for maternity leave.
The best thing about the benefits package is the cost. Health insurance is expensive now days so I'm glad my employer provides a variety of options of great coverage. The worst part is the 403B. It's definitely not a bad offering, it just takes a while to kick in.
Regions has a great benefits plan, especially for my current situation. I think that the best plans are the HSA health/dental insurance plans, the PTO schedules(!), and having the option to contribute to a 403b. I think that this is something a lot of people take for granted, but don't take advantage of, and I have already been able to save some money for the future, which is great.
Great benefits package - health, dental, life, retirement, etc...all competitive and what you would expect - or better. Nice PTO accrual plan offers flexibility. But what really has impressed me is Regions' focus on employee wellness! From the On-site clinic, on-site fitness center, resiliency center, a variety wellness classess, discounts--really great! In the summer we have an on-site farmer's market too! Can't wait for that!
Excellent benefits, however, the employee buy-in to many of them continues to rise without a commiserate rise in compensation.
It is phenomenal, the benefits are the best I have ever had.
