Regis Offers Health Insurance, Vision, and Dental! Along with much more! They also have paid vacation depending on the amount of years you've been with the company ranging from 1-3 weeks of PTO! The only Con I have is that the Health Insurance plans can get expensive, especially if you need a family plan that's decent. It would be awesome if the company would cover more of the premium after 10+ years which would make it more affordable!
They are not truthful about benefits
Regis Salon use to pay commission starting at 40%. They changed their structure and now pay less. It was very unclear and hard to calculate. I did not make enough money there to add the benefits package. The business was too slow. Not enough walk-ins to support all the stylists.
they offer nice benefits but they are expensive if u have a family and they also have stocks u can invest in the wall street journal. And the have short term disability and long term, also they have medical, dental, vision and life insurance. And if u need time off they offer that as well they have paid vacation time to offer u as well.
the insurance is so expensive it takes your entire paycheck to pay for it.
Benefits were lacking in coverage and high premiums. I felt the co-pays were higher than most insurance companies. Most of the time I would of rather paid out of pocket for my doctors visit.
After a year of working with Regis salon you begin collecting vacation hours.
Doesn't last long enough
Insurance must be paid for and it's insanely out of range for what you make working there.
Extremely limited coverage at a high rate
