The hiring manager that brought me on board was clearly not aware of what holidays were/weren't paid holidays. That was part of my hiring decision.
10 paid holidays, 10 days of accrued PTO and 4 sick days as full time employee. GREAT benefits for a career minded individual. Ie: following first anniversary 5 extra paid PTO days are added.
10 days/year of PTO not including sick days
Great benefits for you and your family.
The time off actually ramps up pretty quick, but the work life balance doesn't allow people to use all of their PTO.
Best thing is that you have Days off, and paid, awesome team work to adjust your time off.
They offer paid time off and sick time which is nice. When you need to take time off for appointments they are flexible as long as you have someone trained that can cover. Overall not a bad job, just don't expect to grow.
Great amount of time is given
The Vacation Holidays are Few and Far between. But reasonable.
PTO is based on tenure and paid holidays.
