Very limited days but at least the calendar of days off is available from the beginning of the year.. It's easy to accumulate a good amount of PTO however impossible to actually use it because of Staffing shortages to cover for you.
Best thing is that you have Days off, and paid, awesome team work to adjust your time off.
They offer paid time off and sick time which is nice. When you need to take time off for appointments they are flexible as long as you have someone trained that can cover. Overall not a bad job, just don't expect to grow.
Great amount of time is given
The Vacation Holidays are Few and Far between. But reasonable.
PTO is based on tenure and paid holidays.
They have sick time, PTO and bereavement bennies.
Vacation and paid time off do not roll-over, or will be lost.
it was very hard to take time off being the only full time person in the office
Steadily accrue PTO - Sick time is given up-front, though it's up to each managers discretion to let you take specific days/weeks/time off.
