They don’t match 401K however they do offer FSA for reimbursement of medical expenses or HSA if you have PPO plan. Dependent care FSA avail
RehabCare is the most generous when it comes to benefits in my experience. Medical health coverage was great, copays was low. There’s also incentives if you go above and beyond.
Best thing is the PTO package that rehabcare provides

Costs were a bit pricey for health insurance but it was still good. PTO was accrued by hours worked and was also considered as vacation time. 401K was also available.
