401K matching is back starting 2017. Insurance is through high deductible plans! Continuing education credit starts at 500$ per year for full time employees. Biweekly PTO earnings.
Prices and co pays increased
Pros - Various options - Healthy wellness step program discounts - Awesome dental and vision options available Con - Very little to none of 401K matching - Little personal development fund compared to other organizations
Every year the HSA benefits and yearly bonuses are cut (or discontinued, and the bonuses were this past year)
Pay in lieu of benefits
Best thing: Education reimbursement of $750.00 first year. Worst thing: they stopped matching 401K in 2009 and didn't reinstate it when the economy improved.
healthcare choices, multiple dental plans, vision plans
