The company has many perks and benefits
Health benefits are okay, except short/long term disability rate is really low. There are no matching 401K contributions. PTO takes forever to accumulate until you've been with the company at least 5 years. Most locations are flexible and family-friendly if taking time off outside of major holidays. There are no annual or merit raises, so you have to ask your boss who is limited by the company on the amount. It's easier to change employers if you want a cost of living pay raise, or just the going rate in general.
