    High deductables, a lot of requirements to pay lower premiums. HR is always available to assist with any problems in a timely manner.

    PTO is good - you earn based on the number of hours you work up to 3 weeks a year. RehabCare is really concerned about compliance after the lawsuit but there will always be ethical issues that arise in the SNF setting. Your experience will largely depend on your therapy manager.

    PTO accruement extremely slow and very confusing. Poor healthcare plan for a healthcare company with high premiums and extremely high deductibles. 401k is a joke. They have a decent CEU program if you can navigate it. And HSA is fairly easy to use.
