Variety of benefits if you need them
Medical, dental, vision, supplement life policies are great! Only thing most labs aren't covered unless you get full wellness labs annually as those are covered with wellness benefits.
It offers good 401k, offers 457b
Good insurance, retirement package, so-so vacation time off.
Insurance premiums are very reasonable if you complete your annual health screenings each year. Worst part is you basically have to use their hospital or practices for care even if you live far away.
The worst place I ever worked at
Reid Health offers a great Paid Time Off policy and optional health benefits - there are no cons that I recall.
have to be seen at Reid for majority of healthcare needs
Earned PDO based on hours worked. Which is fine. Con is you have to use PDO to get paid if an office is closed. Shouldn’t have to use PDO if office is closed on a holiday.
I believe the benefits are medical, eye, dental, tuition reimbursement. You also get a PTO and sick days. For Full time only part time receive eye and dental
