The health insurance was expensive for a sales associate pay at that time. I ended up going back on my parents insurance at that time.

The health insurance as expensive but was fairly extensive. The vacation time accrued monthly and di not increase with the amount of years that you were there.

Personal time off is given to employees based on length of service, option to participate in a 401K plan has never been communicated to employees - and health insurance individual contributions were recently lowered, but office co-pays were increased.

The 401K offered is a great program, but they don't match any of your contributions, so at the end of the day, you find yourself asking "is it even worth it?" However, they do offer health and dental insurance. I never bought into it because it costs an arm and a leg out of your salary. The new HR manager got us a new pre-tax transit allowance benefit, sort of like TransitChek in NYC, and it's great.

It is unclear and isn't well explained. They don't gonindepth. The health insurance is still quite expensive regardless of the employee package

80% retail discount on clothing...that's the best part. 100% of single health covered for Managers only. 50/50 split for Asst Mgr and below. Employee is responsible for cost of spouse, kids, etc.. The premiums were high and hard for many to afford. Dental and Vision paid for by employee. 15 days PTO for Manager level; 10 days for Asst Mgr or FT Hourly. However, UK employees who come to work in the US get 20+ days of PTO and their birthday off. It's very inconsistent which is a problem. UK provides 6 mos of maternity leave; US provides none.
