The pay is good at the start, but starts to lag the longer you've been there unless you manage to get promoted. Getting promoted up to Senior is fairly easy, Lead is hard, and above Lead is very hard, so if you come in as a Lead, that's probably going to be your salary for years. The other benefits are really pretty good overall. Lots of perks, generous PTO (plus you get everything from Christmas to NYE so some years you get bonus PTO), good healthcare, etc.
Great company perks. Fun outings, good vacation time, benefits are above industry standards
Amazing maternity and parental leave benefits. The educational stipend is also a huge difference maker and satisfied in terms of keeping employees engaged and focused on growth.
The insurance is fantastic. Great options for health, vision, and dental. 401k plan is also nice and easy to use. Lots of time off and comp time when working overtime in some cases.
Great insurance options, and an average amount of time off. Overall, benefits compare really well to other companies.
I feel that the benefits are competitive in the market. They offer a flexible work schedule for work from home, depending on manager approval.
They seem open to evaluating new benefits as the company grows.
