Great match and great health insurance
- “Free” high deductible health coverage that costs a ton out of pocket - awful if you have a family or go to doctor regularly, have regular prescriptions, etc. The high deductible option is the only option available. - No work from home for sales even though you’ll probably be told that you’ll receive this benefit during the recruitment process. All other departments have flexible work options. - Unlimited PTO that isn’t really unlimited. You have to get manager approval and its ends up actually being capped at 2-3 weeks. - 6% 401(k) match after 1 year of employment - No annual cost of living pay increases - Very low base salary
unlimited PTO is the best
Great company benefits, 401k, UPTO, paid holidays.
Best-Flexibility of schedule and 401K match Worst-High deductible plan
The company has an impressive benefits package and is always looking to add to it, checking with its' employees as a guide to what would have the biggest impact.
The company does not have good medical benefits for a working single parent
The best benefit is the Unlimited PTO
Unlimited PTO (which is a relatively new thing) is great. You have to be assertive with it and set boundaries to maintain work/life balance. 401k match up to 6% is pretty generous. Standard medical, dental, vision coverage. HSA and dependent care FSA options. Break room has free coffee, fruit, heavily discounted snacks/drinks. 2 volunteer days. Birthday off.
Great 401K option/ matching
