Unlimited PTO (which is a relatively new thing) is great. You have to be assertive with it and set boundaries to maintain work/life balance. 401k match up to 6% is pretty generous. Standard medical, dental, vision coverage. HSA and dependent care FSA options. Break room has free coffee, fruit, heavily discounted snacks/drinks. 2 volunteer days. Birthday off.
The best benefit is the Unlimited PTO
Great 401K option/ matching
Great coverage. HSA with rollover.
It's a high deductible HSA plan which works well for me. Unlimited PTO is definitely great. It's nice not to have to worry about accumulating days etc
Little to no choices for health insurance. Unlimited PTO is awesome! There are a ton of other perks which make it totally worth it.
Unlimited PTO. Maternity and Paternity Leave. 1 day a week work from home. Learning and development.
Best thing about benefits: Work from home 1 day/week after 1 year of employment, pet insurance, adoption subsidy, free fruit, coffee, tea; deeply discounted food; tuition reimbursement Worst thing about benefits: Medical benefits HDHP, although everyone's going that way now; not enough flex time for certain roles that require more focus, less distraction
PTO, work from home, 401K
Best things? - Matching 401k (up to 6%) - Subsidized drinks/food - Option to work from home some days (depending on position) - "Unlimited" paid time off - Standing desk option - Company-paid sports teams Worst things? - Very low-end health insurance - High deductibles with HSA
