“They value volunteering and include two paid volunteer days per year”
Benefits are average to above average. What I really value about this company is the onboarding process. It is thorough, intense and it sets you up for success! So many companies do a horrible job of onboarding. They throw you out after a week or two and ask you to generate revenue for the company. Renaissance invests in you and really prepares you for success.
Lied to about benefits package in interview
401K performance has performed above market average while I've been employed at Renaissance.
Very nice time off package. Good insurance plans.
Well pleased with the comprehensive package
good program for it's employees
Health benefits are average, 401k is currently a good match, but held back on a match when Covid hit.
Full health, dental, pto, sick, maternity, 401K
I think that the benefits are really awesome. I've worked for a few really big companies in the past and the benefits here surpass what I had at the big companies. Medical benefits are great and include 4 different plans to choose from, some include health savings accounts. Dental, vision, prescription, supplemental life insurance. 401k and Roth 401k with company matching (ends up being approximately 4.5% which is on the higher end of what other employers offer - my partner's company only matches 2%.) 13 paid holidays - which is nearly double the number of paid holidays that I got at my last job. Vacation and sick time. Tuition reimbursement for about 5k/year. 20 weeks parental leave (14 weeks paid, 6 weeks unpaid) plus breast milk delivery service for travelling moms. Paid premium subscription to the Calm app. Other programs for healthy lifestyles. Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Tons of other stuff too - like identity theft monitoring and accident insurance.
Overall good benefits. Health Insurance, excellent parental leave
