The health insurance, 401k, vacation, and time off are really good. As well as the HSA and FSA plans. The maternity and paternity leave is generous as well.

Limited amount of PTO could be rolled over from year to year. Also no cash out of unused PTO when an employee leaves.
This company has offered me the best health insurance options I've had in my professional career. I was able to add my significant other on to our plan by completing the Domestic Partnership forms. Paid parental leave, disability, 401k match, 10ish paid vacation days, a floating holiday for your birthday.

The benefits package has an employer 401 k 4.5% contribution, but in my opinion they should contribute at least 6%.
Renaissance has a fantastic benefits package. Excellent health insurance options with low premiums, generous 401K match, good PTO policy with newly added sick time this year. Also offer dental insurance, vision benefits, life insurance, flex spending, etc. About the only thing not currently offered is tuition reimbursement.
