The benefits package has an employer 401 k 4.5% contribution, but in my opinion they should contribute at least 6%.

Renaissance has a fantastic benefits package. Excellent health insurance options with low premiums, generous 401K match, good PTO policy with newly added sick time this year. Also offer dental insurance, vision benefits, life insurance, flex spending, etc. About the only thing not currently offered is tuition reimbursement.

They have far too much revenue, and if you're someone they admire, they're more than willing to spend $$ on pleasing you! Make sure to hit them hard!

Best: Health insurance isn't bad. Worst: not particularly happy with the HSA/401k administration

    Renaissance Learning Response

We appreciate the feedback. We recently moved to a leading HSA account administrator which offers our employees investment options along with more tools and flexibility. We continue to make enhancements to our benefit programs and expect to implement even more improvements soon. Michelle Pleet, Benefits Manager

Great overall benefits. Fall is crazy busy as school starts up. Made worse by lack of foresight in technical design.

Great benefits. They take care of their employees, even non-FT ones.
