The San Francisco office is pretty small and maintains a bit of a start-up feel. Free lunch is provided 3-days out of the week and employees work from home once a week. The health benefits providers are based in Wisconsin, where the company headquarters is located.

I think this is an area with lots of room for improvement. The benefits are okay but they seem more in line with Wisconsin Rapids than with Silicon Valley.

The rates appear to be competitive and the coverage is better than what my parents have. There is a free plan to get free eyeglasses and eye exams. Overall pretty standard for a medium-sized company.

They really take care of their employees by not only offering great benefits, but also providing programs and materials to help you maximize your understanding and use of the benefits they provide [401k planning, health seminars, insurance meetings, etc.].
