Renasant has a solid employee benefit package
2 weeks of paid vacation, which goes to 3 after 7 years with the company.
401k is great, PTO/sick time could be more, you have to be with the company 4 years before obtaining more, paid holidays are great, health insurance is not cheap for the employee cost and not the best plans but the vision and dental are decent and cheap.
The individual insurance is reasonable but the family insurance is expensive. Good benefits and 401k match.
I was unfamilliar with signing up for benefits. My branch manager was very helpful with the proccess. i also was scheduled a phone interview with the healthcare providerthat answered several of my questions. I don't remember much about the healthcare other than I got it and never used it. Same with dental. They also have a program to aid smokers in quitting seeing as how they do not allow smoking on site. I don't know how the program works because I'm not a smoker. They match your 401K up to a cetain percentage. I believe it was 4%. Benefits are only given to Full-Time persons and there is almost no oppertunity for overtime.
Best thing about the benefits package is that it basically covers everything from life insurance, to dental, to healthcare, to vision, and everything else you could ask for.
Bonus vacation day after a year. Profit sharing contribution to your 401k. FSA for child care and medical expenses. Christmas savings account.
The Medical and Dental premiums are affordable and the coverage is better than most policies.
