The Kaiser Package is great and monthly costs for Dental and Vision is lower than past employers.
Contract employee. Unfortunately, benefits were not an option through the employer directly which is standard business practice
Gym reimbursement, health care, gym was onsite, drinks and snacks, no lunches, four weeks of vacation which was really really good
Decent benefits, 401k not matching
The benefits package is OK
Insurance was good. Never hadan issue
Decent benefits, terrible process and communication
Gym onsite, great benefits, but no 401k matching, free food and snacks, twice a month lunch with cupcake bday celebrations
Good overall benefits package - would like to see 401(k) matching and fertility benefits.
They say they give you a lot of PTO but you end up working whenever you're on PTO due to random emergencies, so you really get no PTO because people send emails at 2am, Sunday night, just whenever they want. Zero respect personal time. No 401k match, which continues to get promised and then get's pushed back infinitely. The only real "benefit" they have is snacks. So if you like eating snacks, and that's a high priority benefit for you, THEY HAVE SNACKS. Management and people who've been there forever work from home as much as they want, but it's a massive double standard. Renew: If you don't make things a clear policy discrimination will occur. Worst of all there is no benefit for education. This should have been a massive red flag for me, but when a company doesn't care about your personal development they don't care about you.
