    RF takes Employee Benefits really seriously and has a fantastic offering. PTO policy is one of the most generous offerings I've seen in my career. 401K match would be a cherry on top but we're not there yet.

    The best PPO plan I have ever experienced or heard about in all of my work experience. The deductible was $150 and the out-of-pocket maximum was $1,150 for me and would have been the best ever for my family as well. My contribution was minimal when weighing the pros and cons. I have elected to pay for Cobra out-of-pocket to continue this amazing plan for as long as I possibly can, rather than joining my spouse's plan. The profit sharing (up to 10% per year was also amazing). It would have been nice to see the option to invest it into the 401(k) plan to avoid the 50% taxation on it though. No 401(k) matching and disorganized communication around plan/provider changes. Open Enrollment was hard to understand due to company-wide communication hiccups.

    The Benefit package is OK the only thing is that the CO-Pay is high.

    The health care benefits were very good and at a relatively low cost to the employees. The vacation time was also good and you were eligible to start vacation time on Day 1 of your employment. There was no retirement plan or a 401 k plan of any kind. While the vacation time was good it was difficult to use because the department manager was not flexible with time off requests.
