RPI offers a generous compensation package that covers healthcare, dental and vision. In addition to this the 401k package that is offered is among the best that is available in higher education today. In an ideal world the time period over which employees become fully vested could be shorter.

We can use the facilities in the campus with a very low fee. Health insurance is not covered by the college.
As a graduate student, we don't really have a benefits package. However, RPI does offer a subsidized healthcare insurance that we can buy into. This insurance package is extremely comprehensive with very small out-of-pocket costs, and the premiums are very low.
