Pay is great. Hours are not good.
The best was that they offered a 401K after a certain amount of days on the job. Being that I am young It was a great way to start contributing to that through the company.
• Paid weekly (Direct deposit on Fridays) • Merit based pay raises annually • Vacation / Paid Time Off (PTO) • Co Worker Purchase Program (CPP) • Medical • Dental • Vision • Prescription • Short / Long term disability • Teledoc / Nurse Line • Free life insurance policy • 401k with company match
Insurance not the greatest. It's affordable for employee, but family is to expensive. Week paid vacation after 6 months. Wonderful discounts with employee purchase.
Standard health insurance, but below average paid time off
The health, dental, STD, and LTD benefits are very solid. However the benefits are very expensive, the 401k match is minimal, and the vacation time is based on field retail averages rather than the corporate world.
After three months, full-time employees get health, dental, vision, 401k, and many other benefits.
I didn't work for long enough to get health benefits. But others that were there did and it seemed fine. I never used mine but they seemed like they liked theirs.
The benefits were very good. Dental, medical vacation and 401k were all top notch. Vacation was 2 wks paid after 1 yr.
The health insurance could be better but definitely not the worst I've seen
