After three months, full-time employees get health, dental, vision, 401k, and many other benefits.
I didn't work for long enough to get health benefits. But others that were there did and it seemed fine. I never used mine but they seemed like they liked theirs.
The benefits were very good. Dental, medical vacation and 401k were all top notch. Vacation was 2 wks paid after 1 yr.
The health insurance could be better but definitely not the worst I've seen
they have a company discount program that gives discounts for a lot of different companies theirs alot of variety car rentals,movie tickets,phone discount at sprint etc
Benefits package is comparable to the market. Paid time off is difficult to take due to retail environment and constant staffing challenges.
The base pay is high compared to market Bonus program for manager and up Medical benefits are extremely expensive
Health Insurance is very high and has a high deductible. Benefits package sucks. Employee purchase plan is now the Employee Rip Off plan
Everything is bad at this company. Do not work here.
