Rent-A-Center has paid time off and holidays for eligible employees.
Great amount of days, but if you don't use your vacations it will be taken away
After 1 year of employment you are granted 10 days vacation time that can be used with your day off and Sundays being that the store was closed
2 weeks paid vacation after your 1st year.
The worst thing about the vacation & time paid off is that it takes forever to accumulate any PTO and the best thing about it is that if you don't use, it will stay for the future
Long hours/days. Minimal flexibility and/PTO, even when off, expected to work if salaried
You get 2 weeks after your 1st year and 2 additional weeks after 5 years for vacation.
Vacation policy needs to be revamped for sure
Mostly 2 weeks vacation when you start and increases with tenure. Personal time earned at half-day per month
The were slowly starting to eliminate holidays for the workforce, which the hourly employees could be compensated for. As for the salaried managers, it was a very bad deal.
It's great, but sometimes a manager will tell you that you have to take off a week but you don't have to, you can use your vacation days the way you sees fit
