like most oil companies, they have great benefits. time off / retirement / health etc.
Repsol's benefits packages for medical, 401K and insurance are similar to other US oil and gas companies.
Good health insurance program with family coverage, and 401K program is attractive and offered to full time employees.
Matching 401(k) plus profit sharing of 6% annually, 9/80 schedule.
Overall, the benefits are reasonable. The total compensation is fair but not competitive for the O&G industry.
The insurance is good the problem is that in the transformation the cost got higher, the company are making an effort to have good benefits without increasing costs
9/80s are great and the health benefits are pretty decent
Best: 401k Matching. You can contribute up to 10%, they match up to 6% and they also contribute 7.5%. Health Insurance has good options Good/Bad: We currently have a 9/80 work schedule but there are rumors that in the next 2 months that system will be replaced by a set number of flex days. Bad: Low salary for younger staff, only 10 days of vacation if you have less than 5 years experience. Bare minimum maternity leave offered for local staff while expats get a lot more.
Great profit sharing 401K good benefits
Good overall package, it includes most of what you want. The best being the retirements plan where the company also contributes.
