Accumulated time that can be used or cashed out
From what I can see - it is minimal paid time off
No PTO plan for non crew members. 2 weeks vacation until you've been there well over 5 years.
Flight attendants don't get very many hours for the time off they get.
it takes 3 years to get your 3rd week of vacation and then that's it
2 weeks a year for vacation. Not enough sick time given.
The seniority system makes it a little difficult to get the time off you want, but it isn't difficult to do once you figure out how to bid properly.
Only vacation pay, no paid time off. But aftwr a year you have 80 hrs of vacation
Their vacation time and paid time off is in line with the rest of the industry. 2 weeks to start right away and you bid for your vacation time annually and are awarded based on senority. PTO can be taken any time and you are not hassled about it like many other companies I worked for previously.
Only two weeks paid time off.
