Eligible employees can elect to participate in:
401k matching and employee stock purchase
Worst thing is having to wait 90 days for health insurance. Lots of choices for health insurance so you can customize your plan.
Outrageously expensive healthcare deductibles and paycheck contributions, much more so since Obamacare. Retirement and stock options are nice. Average vacation time (2 weeks paid vacation starting with first full calendar year...3 weeks in fourth year and beyond)
I am not so sure now. Back in 14 they were pretty good. Since Obama Care, I'd say they are expensive. I used to pay $54.00 a week for my wife, son and I. Med, dental and opt.
Great Insurance program and benefits.
401k, ESOP, EAP and Medical/Dental/Vision
Health insurance and stock purchase plan are great. Work life balance can be a little tough at times. Overall great company!
Standard paid time off. Health insurance benefits and cost are good for you and children but the cost increases significantly if you add your spouse. Great 401(k) matching. You can take up to 12 weeks off for maternity leave but the company doesn't have actual maternity leave pay. You have to use 40 hours of PTO and then only get paid 5 weeks of short term disability, the other 6 weeks are unpaid leave.
We have a generous match program that starts as soon as you contribute, a couple of different benefit programs to choose from and PTO.
Vacation policy is good. Employee perks/discount program is nice as well.
