Eligible employees can elect to participate in:
The benefits package, and perks are the best things in my opinion the best thing about working for the company. They let you enroll into the 401k plan from day one and will match dollar for dollar up 2 3% then after that they will match 50cents for every dollar up 2 5% and have incentives for being accident free.
New employees must wait 90 days before getting health insurance. Ridiculous. Why do Americans have to be uninsured, even while employed? Republic has deep pockets, but only take care of the top end. They should be called Republican Services.
Health insurance was a bit costly as time went on. Deductibles became too high.
General benefits package that a large employer would give, however, the employer contribution is terrible on the HSA/FSA.
Plenty of bonus and cash to go around. Worst part is the company stock buying options is sub-par and the 401 K contribution is also in need of a boost for the industry.
Benefits cover all healthcare for you and your family with absolutely no out of pocket costs
planning retirement when to retire
401k match is really good. PTO is best I’ve seen in the industry. Several options for medical benefits depending on your needs. And Republic Perks at work are supper cool. This company really does care about their employees.
They have the usual plans, but prices keep going up annually. Time off is good, too. Overall, average.
23 days of vacation in year 2 for exempt employees
