The best thing about the benefits package was the vacation time (PTO) and the worst thing was...I honestly cannot say that anything was too bad.

I have not opted in for these benefits, as I am sure they would take much of my salary, which I can not spare.

The best thing is being covered some what. Worst is the high premiums you will pay if the best coverage.

The benefits package, and perks are the best things in my opinion the best thing about working for the company. They let you enroll into the 401k plan from day one and will match dollar for dollar up 2 3% then after that they will match 50cents for every dollar up 2 5% and have incentives for being accident free.

New employees must wait 90 days before getting health insurance. Ridiculous. Why do Americans have to be uninsured, even while employed? Republic has deep pockets, but only take care of the top end. They should be called Republican Services.

Health insurance was a bit costly as time went on. Deductibles became too high.

General benefits package that a large employer would give, however, the employer contribution is terrible on the HSA/FSA.

Plenty of bonus and cash to go around. Worst part is the company stock buying options is sub-par and the 401 K contribution is also in need of a boost for the industry.
