They offer better benefits that i have ever gotten at any other job. Plus they thank you for your hard word and dedication. Something else I was not used to.

On your vacation if you are a roll off truck driver, it's great. If you work in residential, you can stand on a corner and beg for money and have more for your time off. Roll off is king in this company. Everyone else is just kind of there.
Very generous PTO policy, earn time off right when hired
A good plan, but not extraordinary in any way.
You start with 18 days and that increases quite a bit when you complete a year with the company.

They give you up to 4 days as soon as you start and the PTO front loads at the first of the year. It is a use it or lose it plan, you are unable to carry any PTO time over from year to year. You receive 18 days each year for the first 5 years.
